01 · Purpose

Gucci is a private intelligence workbench built to help individuals conduct lawful self-research, reconcile family records, and run consented background checks. We aggregate publicly available records and open-source intelligence into structured, searchable results.

We are not a Consumer Reporting Agency, we do not generate Consumer Reports, and our results are not designed to make decisions covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or any analogous statute.

02 · Permitted use

You may use Gucci to:

  • Research your own records, including your address history, phone history, and known aliases.
  • Locate or reconnect with relatives, household members, or known associates.
  • Run consented background checks on someone who has affirmatively agreed in writing.
  • Conduct journalistic, academic, or due-diligence research in jurisdictions that permit such inquiry.
  • Recover assets pursuant to a court order or attorney instruction.
  • Identify and prevent fraud against your own person, business, or client.

03 · Prohibited use

You may not use Gucci to:

  • Make decisions regarding employment, credit, insurance, tenancy, or any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.) or analogous statutes in your jurisdiction.
  • Stalk, harass, intimidate, surveil, or threaten any individual.
  • Commit identity theft, impersonation, doxing, or any form of financial fraud.
  • Violate any restraining order, protective order, or court directive.
  • Resell, repackage, or redistribute results in a way that would make you a Consumer Reporting Agency.
  • Conduct research on minors except where you are the parent, legal guardian, or a court-appointed authority.

Violations of this section are a material breach of our terms and may result in account suspension, full refund forfeiture.

04 · Data sources

Results are aggregated from public-record providers, court systems, public registries, open-source intelligence feeds, and licensed permitted-purpose data partners. Gucci does not generate, modify, or guarantee the accuracy of source records.

Records may be incomplete, outdated, or attributed to the wrong individual. Always corroborate before acting on any single result.

05 · Your obligations

By using Gucci you affirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have a lawful basis for each query you submit, and you accept sole responsibility for that basis.
  • You will obtain consent where required by law, including but not limited to the GDPR, the CCPA, and state-level privacy statutes.
  • You will not use Gucci in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
  • You will indemnify Gucci against any claim arising from your misuse of the platform or its results.

06 · Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Gucci is not a Consumer Reporting Agency as defined by 15 U.S.C. § 1681a(f). The information we provide is not a Consumer Report under 15 U.S.C. § 1681a(d). Any use of our results to make decisions regarding employment, credit, insurance, housing, or any other purpose enumerated in 15 U.S.C. § 1681b is strictly prohibited.

If you require a Consumer Report, please engage a properly accredited Consumer Reporting Agency.

07 · Contact & takedown

To exercise data-subject rights, request removal of a record, or report a suspected violation, contact us through the in-app support channel after signing in, or open a ticket via our official Telegram bot.

We respond to verified takedown requests within fourteen (14) days.

If anything here is unclear, sign in and open a ticket. We would rather slow you down by a day than have you misuse the platform.
